Very Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Breakfast and the room was very new and the beds were very nice and the linens and pillows were very nice. The staff coudn't have been nicer. They should be rewarded for their friendliness including the breakfast area staff. -

Good location. Easy access off of the highway. Close to the VA Medical Center and U of Buffalo. We had a king room and it was huge. Not fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. Wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Close to many restauraunts. Good value for the money. -

I stayed there for 3 nights, shared a house with another guest, we cooked for ourselves, it was fun. rooms are very clean, quiet, very country. I took a lot of pictures there, beatful country side and origenal houses. David and Mescy are very nice and funy, dinner was very testy.
it was my best experience in America.

I like the friendliness of the staff - Brigette at the Front Desk is an extra special lady, a lady to be treasured.

The staff of The Downtowner were wonderful. Warm, friendly and very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to see, eat, etc. The location of the The Downtowner could not be beat! Right in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs. It was great for strolling around the town, visiting the shops and checking out the different resturants

comfortable. Quiet and friendly place to stay. The breakfast was
minimal but uncommond grounds across the street has the best coffee
& bagels or up the street on the left was a full all day breakfast
for less than $10.
