Beautiful b&b in the great little town of Phoenicia. If you stay there you can walk to practically everything in town. Beautifully appointed in a country/Victorian style. Tom the owner is just the nicest, most accomodating guy..

Good location. Easy access off of the highway. Close to the VA Medical Center and U of Buffalo. We had a king room and it was huge. Not fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. Wifi was free and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. Close to many restauraunts. Good value for the money. -

Your establishment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Other than the comment in the box to the right, we enjoyed our stay. But, unfortunately having a good sleep is important and as a result, we probably wouldn't go back. -

The breakfast and the friendliest breakfast hostess. She went out of her way to go the extra mile. I don't remember her name (I think it was Fanny), but she was from Mexico. -

Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely
croissant/omelett

The Shuttle Service was excellent due to the drivers. They took us anywhere we needed to go and picked us up as well. The river front was a block away under the interchanges, overpasses and railway bridge! A replica of Henry Hudson's Half Moon ship was docked within easy walking distance. -

When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. I'd stay there again -

The location! Just two blocks away from Time Square. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around.
The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

Very clean hotel with friendly stuff. But personal almost invisible maybe cause we left a room for walking in NYC for all day. The hotel was very interesting, it had a very vintage feel to it like the studios in foreign movies. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I also loved how close it was to everything we planned on doing in Manhattan. The staff was all super friendly and they even had a security buzzer on the entrance which was a plus for me.

The room was very comfortable and had every amenity I needed, including in-room Wi-Fi. Good variety at the continental breakfast. Very close to the airport, but not in a noisy area. Staff very helpful and prompt. Free shuttles to and from LGA airport also a plus!

Wonderful location 5 minutes walk from Times Square. Small but
comfortable and very clean room. Facilities like shower, hair-dryer and
alarm clock worked properly. Air- conditioning and a fan-heater were
provided. Really lovely staff on the front desk - they went to a lot of
trouble working out transport arrangements for us and finding out about
museums we wanted to visit. Simple but nice continental breakfast.

lo staff e' cordiale e molto disponibile per ogni richiesta. Le stanze sono pulite e ben tenute, così come pure le parti in comune.
- Ottima posizione (10 min da Times Square), zona tranquilla.
Camere pulite e ristrutturate di recente. Mobili nuovi.
Camera sempre molto calda ed accogliente, nonstante la temperatura esterna.
