  Clean,no frills feeling. However, the coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator were really nice to have in the room. Staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I thought it was a very good value for the money. The bathroom was gorgeous.   Boerum Hill is a great alternative to staying in Manhattan. We were travelling for a friends wedding in the area and probably wouldn't have considered it before but definitely would again. We stayed in the top floor, two bedroomed apartment which gave us much more flexibility than you would have in a hotel room.
