The room was exceptionally clean (I.E. bathroom, mattress, sheets, tables, carpet, sink, microwave, fridge) and the mattress was very comfortable. Everything felt taken care of. Nothing was old, worn, ragged or sagging. Even though it is directly on the main strip (with access to everything) the way the hotel is designed gave us peace and quiet. Since the room came with a decent sized fridge and microwave, we decided to pack a cooler of foods for breakfast and lunch. This was so helpful in savi.

The only thing I would change, would be a little something different for breakfast. They have a huge selection. But I would have changed a lil something different like pancakes one day, bacon, ham, fried eggs. Just a little change. But I still loved it and it taste wonderful... I would give a 98 out of 100.. I will definatly be back.. Shular Inn was more than what I even expected - in fact one of the best places we ever stayed. Hotel was clean, nice size room, very friendly staff (includes office, maids, etc. - everyone greets you with a smile and says hello), very good breakfast. Excellent place to stay and was reasonable. We loved it there and definitely would stay there again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Shular Inn for a wonderful stay for our vacation. Great hotel..staff was very helpful! When they realized I booked a room that would not properly accommodate us they offered me a bigger room that would. Rooms were clean and updated! They gave us discount coupons for area attractions and when we asked about local dinner shows they were able to get us reservations for that night! Joyce at the front desk went above and beyond and made our stay fantastic!. The hotel was great.Loved location. It happened to raining so the wonderful indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome sight. Great pool! I needed a hairdryer, and I had hardly hung up the phone before it arrived. Breakfast was delicious. When checking out, the staff ordered Aquarium tickets for me on line to save me money. Great service! I will definitely stay again!. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds. In-room fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, etc. Great view of sky wheel from 4th floor at the front of the building. Breakfast is good just needs switched out daily to new choices. On site coin laundry is great, clothes only needed to go once in dryer, wish I had that dryer at home!. The staff was very friendly and was eager to accommodate my needs. I liked the coffee maker, the fridge, and the microwave being in the room. The breakfast bar was good though I would like to see a waffle maker added to the selection. The indoor pool was great and everything was really clean. My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Indoor pool and whirlpool was clean. The mattresses and box springs was completely encased which made me feel a little more comfortable about bed bugs. Close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Free breakfast wasn't too bad either with hot foods like biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Friendly staff. The facility was newly renovated and updated. The location was great you could walk or drive. It was actually very peaceful at night considering it was in the middle of the town which was very nice. The breakfast was also more than what is usually given when breakfast is included. Very nice experience!. The price for our stay was well below other facilities we checked. The rooms were very clean and spacious with microwave and dorm type refrigerator. Quiet and peaceful. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in giving suggestions as to where to eat or sights to see. Great location. I really loved the room. It was clean and larger than I expected. The bed was comfortable and the pillows. I had a jucuzzi tub in the middle of the room but was really glad to see a full bath also. Smoke free. Hotel was clean and nicely landscaped. The pool area was nice and inviting. My family stayed at the Shular Inn for 3 days. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the breakfast, the indoor pool, and I enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. We will stay at the Shular next time we go to Pigeon Forge. The staff was very accommodating to me because I had an injury, so the clerk put us close to an elevator, which I really appreciated and didn't have to ask for. Also, fairly quite room considering being so close to the road. The breakfast was excellent considering it was free. I really liked the convinience to almost everything. It was a very clean Hotel and the staff was very nice and had another room available that was more suttable for me and my fiance and they let us have for the same price, very nice place would for sure recommend to others :). My husband was sick when we arrived-due to the long drive,etc. We got there @ 1:00 and was told we coild not check in for 3 hours. When I said we'll have to sit here in the lobby-a very nice supervisor came forward and gave us a beautiful room right away! Now thats service!!. Clean as always, comfortable beds, if you need more towels or anything just ask. Friendly office staff. Great location. Love the hotel just needs to do a few upgrades to breakfast and hot tub. PS, love the colored lights that have been added to pool since our stay in June. Loved the pool inside and outside. Great for our first family vacation. The location was great for anything you needed. We were able to have trolly service ner by or walk to anything. All in all we loved our stay and have already told others. This allowed us to stay at WonderWorks after Thanksgiving until midnight and then unwind in the pool before bed. The location is fabulous as we could walk to many activities in Pigeon Forge. Also the breakfast was phenomenal!!. Room was large, not wall-to-wall furnishings as in many hotels/motels. Always had plenty of bath linens. Beds had nice, soft alternative down comforters. Plenty of breakfast food and drinks...did not run out of foods. Really good value for the money. The downtown location was very good, The breakfast included eggs, sausage & biscuits and gravy. The grounds were well cared for. The room was large and the flat screen TV was a plus. Book early for a great rate. Good overall value. We have not been in our room very long but it is a very romantic and well decorated room. The jacuzzi tub has colorful lights and is very comfortable for two. The bed is excellent. Overall, I wish we were staying more than one night. The room was very clean and roomy. Asked for a quite room and was moved to the top floor and the room was great. Big and roomy. Even had a kitchenett. Would definitely stay here again. Found this hotel by looking at the reviews. It was an incredible value and in a great location for all Pigeon Forge attractions. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms were very clean. The staff was very efficient. It was the fastest check-in I have ever experienced. The breakfast was great! We came in late one evening to discover that the elevator was not operating...the staff handled the situation quickly and it was up and running when we went down for breakfast early the next morning. Everything from the big, clean beautifuly decorated rooms to the large hot tubs, both indoor and outdoor pools with extended hours. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. I will certainly stay here again. The location was perfect. Ask to stay in the new building as it is the building where the breakfast room is. The pool was well landscaped and kept clean. I think the rooms should have the option of having an extra blanket in the rooms. It got really cold due to the storms that came thru while we were there. Bathroom could be updated fan didn't work. No complaints the hotel was completely full but seemed to run nicely. Honestly cannot say that we were dissatisfied with anything there. I would have liked for the maid to have changed the sheets in the 4 days we stayed there...at least once. The carpet was dirty in our room, but everything else was clean when we got there. Need to switch out breakfast items to benefit people staying more than one night. A buffet would be great, you have the space and the cost wouldn't be much of an increase for you. The hot tub could use stronger jets and the sauna wasn't working. Can't say I disliked anything. Nothing!. Would have liked waffle iron rather than pre-made waffles. Would have liked napkins, butter, sugar, etc., at each of the breakfast stations instead of separated with sugar at one, napkins at another, etc. The outdoor spa only worked on 2 of the 4 days that we were there. Nothing. Beds were too soft for us because we both need a firmer mattress, but I'm sure that others will find them very comfy. Nothing. It was a perfect experience. The same breakfast was served each morning and it got old quick. Also, the hotel did not have a work out facility. There was no shower curtain liner only the cloth shower curtain itself so Everytime we took a shower the floor got wet. I think they just forgot but in their defense, we never brought it to the staffs attention. Ice Machine broken for 3 days and then we left - still broken Buses for groups parked behind our parked car - made it difficut to leave from parking lot - they could have parked on back lot when not loading or unloading group passengers Workers parked across the handicap spots - which we needed Noticed termites in the bedroom. The only reason I gave it a good, because a very small box of trash was on the air conditioner when I walked in, it was obvious over site where the trash was collected in the box and was just left in the room. No big dea. We had 3 adults and 2 small children, could not get an extra bed for 1 of the kids. Was told because of fire code. Our son was a little uncomfortable, wish there would have been a small sofa. But we made it. Pool hours. Guests were up past midnight at the pool disrupting our sleep. There was nothing I didn't like. Having to go home. I really cant say nothing bad except the parking. Need a little more parking spaces. Carpet needed cleaning. Did not find anything we did not like. My exsperance what great. No complaints. The bathrooms are VERY small. Had to step into the bath tub to close the door. The carpet was a bit dirty.
