Loved the full breakfast. They make the best omelets! I liked the pools-- one inside, one outside. Good parking! I also loved they would have coffee and cookies sitting out in the evening and early morning. Then when we had to check out the morning really early like 4 am, we were given a box of taffy candy. That was really sweet and he let us know he had just made coffee. It's the little things you know! I'd most definitely stay at Country Cascades again. Plus if you join their rewards program,.

Country Cascades had fresh made omelettes made in front of you the way you wanted and the line that stretched down the hallway told you how good they were! Then they had fresh made biscuits and gravy, belgian waffle makers where you could make the waffles yourself so they were hot and the butter melted on them. Not to mention fresh fruit, bagels, orange and apple juice, cereal, and milk! Another thing I thought was very amazing . The indoor pool was definitely a plus. Location was very convenient, yet off the beaten path. Breakfast was a little disappointment due to not having the omelets. It still offered eggs, sausage, gravy biscuits, waffles, cereals, juices, milk, hot chocolate, coffee and cappuccino. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, but either needed new pillows or more pillows. They have a rewards program. My son and I stayed at your hotel during the Rod Run and the staff was friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. I think if you are coming to Tenn. the best, very best is Country Cascades. From the moment you walk in the door they are there to help. The location, pool,hot tub, and the WONDERFUL breakfast.The staff was superb, very friendly and always helpful........♥. We are an older couple husband 87 yrs. and I am 70 yrs. we both have had both knees replaced and have back problems, you all should have the handicap commodes. We reported to one of the guys that works there, that our microwave carrousle would not turn, it was broken and we needed it taken care of (NOT).. nothing. The breakfast facilities did not flow well and was very congested. Rooms were too small and crowded.chairs that went with table was the only thing we had to sit on to watch tv. Needs something to hold on to when getting shower. Would not come to your hotel again for these reasons. that their was this youth group there n was left unsupervised and they were rude n rambunkshish. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was okay. I am used to spa and luxury and it was a clean older hotel. I like the bells and whistles. our neighbors were very loud slamming doors till 12 and started again at 5 in the morning,,. A little outdated. Prior renters hair in bathroom, no shampoo, carpet seemed unclean, 7' drop ceilings in foyer and bathroom, breakfast was slim pickings with poor variety, dark wood made it look unfriendly. Rooms bedding needs to be updated. Rooms need to be cleaned better. For one night stay room would be great. But if staying more than one night rooms were not cleaned very well. Beds were made but nothing else was cleaned. The rooms were small. Pillow wasn't good. Mattress was worn, and no chairs in the room. Had to ask for a chair. The vent was so loud in the bathroom, was very annoying. -there were children running around screaming and doing flips in the pool -my boyfriend and I rented a king suite and the man looked at us like we were carrying the plague.
