This is the perfect location if you want to get out of the car and just walk Old Town. The swimming pool is a good place to hang out and read in the late afternoon/early evening. -

All of the art on the walls and the fabrics used throughout the
hotel. Great clean and contemporary feeling. I also liked that it was
pet-friendly, though the fee was pretty steep ($75). It should be
more like $35. -

Great service from the front desk. Carlos was accomodating with keeping us away from the elevator. They even let us check in early.
Quiet hotel - We really appreciated this during a heavy holiday weekend.

The breakfast and service provided by Megan was excellent. We were made
to feel very much `at home` with lovely well cooked fresh breakfasts

Megan took good care of us, made excellent breakfast and gave us some nice tips to do.
BnB is located in Little Italy, a very cosy neighborhood, in walking distance from Gaslamp District. There was a little farmers market on Saturday morning.
Was a bit worried 'bout the planes coming in but they stopped at 10pm and started again at 7am

For a best western it has so much character, very nice design, nice to look at and rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained.
Nice pool area and fitness suite.
Lovely location in the Old Town, within a minutes walk of local restaurants and bars.
Easy to get to gaslight quarter on the trolley system.

The BW Hacienda is our main reason for visiting San Diego. Our return for a second vacation in SD this year was because we have found this central, traditional-style, good-value hotel in the Old Town. I asked for a quiet room when booking. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with a seperate kitchenette. The room was beautifully furnished with antique pieces. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel Vyvant provided us with a fantastic experience in San Diego. The
location in little Italy is perfect for exploring the city and
you're close to tons of restaurants by night. The beds were so
comfortable that we didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.
The daily breakfast is perfect, and the weekend happy hours with local
beers and wines was a wonderful touch. The staff was always helpful and
accomodating. You should absolutely stay here if you get the chance!

The style of hotel and room suited our taste and what you would expect
from a European style boutique hotel. Great Cafe downstairs! Great View
of downtown and a feeling like you are downtown, but not in the thick of
it. Relatively quiet and easy access to all parts of San Diego. The

away from home whenever we travel to San Diego.

Best value!!!! I loved having the restaurant on the same floor as our
room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only
$5 each! And not to mention wine Wednesday - half off bottles!!! So
happy! We also loved walking to little Italy for dinner. We had a

I liked the fact that it had a balcony, the bathrooms were a good size, the tv was a nice flat screen, the AC was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly, and the location of the hotel itself is in a great spot.
