We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't
drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem
so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and
cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to
be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end
was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our
drain were are very accomodating.

The location was very close to the Convention Center (2 blocks away) and about a 10-minute walk from the restaurants on Elm and Main. Downtown Dallas is pretty dead though.

Staff members were courteous and took time to remember our names and the
purpose of our visit. I noticed several of the people worked more than
one position and everyone made sure they were available to help with
questions. From the front desk smiles to the valet- we were delighted
with their services.

The hotel is located still close to the convention centre, but it is a design hotel. No crowd, very quiet and comfortable, rooms are lofts. If you are attending an event located at the convention centre I would exremely recommend this hotel as an alternative to the usual hotel chains. -

Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs -

We liked everything about this hotel. Please keep all the wonderful stylish characteristics of the hotel building. The room was great, especially with the small outdoor snug to the side, the downtown view fantastic, the bar wonderfully decorated and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. ... cosa dice la gente » vice of any I have ever visited (and I have stayed in many hotels in my travels). They can't do enough for you. The rooms are comfortable for the price and the location is fairly close to downtown Dallas (there is a shuttle, which is a great feature).
