The beds although high are very comfortable. We had a fridge for
medications and drinks. The staff were very nice although we wish we had
spoken to the elderly man on the desk the day before we left to find the
shopping area. We didn't get there but believe its in the North
around 7 miles from the hotel. There is a 24 hour Denny's across the
road for meals and the 49 bus a block diwn that takes you around 10
minutes into see the Kennedy and big red museum.there isn't much

This place was amazing! Room was fantastic and clean as could be. Only a $10 cab ride from downtown or jfk museum. If im ever back in dallas i will 100% stay again.
This was a vary clean place to stay, vary nice pool. My children loved
it, they also loved it that there was a Denny's across the
street...lol.
good and friendly staff, clean and safe. There is DEnnys opposite to the hotel and convenient to eat at any time. Wifi is perfect.
Centrally located. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Beds were

1. The location is excellent. 10 minutes to downtown and Love Field, 20 minutes to DFW.
2. The bedding is comfortable and appears updated.

Bed was to comfortable! I didnt want to get out.
When were there, we stayed a extra night in two different rooms and when
taking a shower, the water temp goes from hot to cold throughout the
whole shower. You find yourself standing there waiting for the water
temp to warm up but it took 15min to take a 5 min shower... Oh and I had
3 children with me they and would only give us two towels at a time when
we were going to the pool. So we took some off of a cleaning cart, I
still don't know what the program was...
Nop shops nearby and takes 10 USD to downtown. Berekfast selection is vey rare.
Had only 2 towels in the room. And when I asked for more, I was given
rough pool towels. When I asked for more hand towels, wash rags. . . the
man working took me up to an unoccupied room on our floor to take them
from that rooms bathroom. Again, staff was very nice, but why is there
only 2 of each towel in a room that says is for 4 people? Also, the pool
was disgusting. The tile that ran around the inside of the pool had so
much scum build up that some kids wrote their names in it! Gross!.
Poor breakfast.
Outdated rooms, not perfectly clean in the room I was (the bathroom was though).
If you don't have a car it is a 20min walk to where u can pick up the train to downtown.

The patrons were low rent! At 2 am the first night an intoxicated girl
beat on the door just next to ours for a long period. At 3, two men
below us were ejected for yelling at the top of their lungs for a long
time. The next night at 11, the pool area was very loud and then after
calling the desk, the group regrouped a couple of doors down, both in
and outside the room. Every morning, their were loads of cigarette butts
and beer bottles outside that room. Nasty@.

At the checkout from the hotel I have found out that not only that the price was bumped up, but that the hotel took the new bill from my credit card without informing me of the change. When complained they have suggested not to use booging.com again in future reservations, cause that can happen.
Wifi did not work room a/c did not work.
The fact that there is no microwave oven in the room we were given and all attempts to secure a private one proved abortive, we had to make do with the one in the restaurant.
1. The hotel is a bit dated.
1-There is know any activities that you can do in the hotel except the Gym. hall
2- some of hotel rooms is out of the hotel and no fens to protect. (more than one knocked my door by mistake that make me worry all the night.
rude & indifferent staff - had to travel to front desk to get wi-fi code (should be handed out at checkin), printers broken in computer room, low interest in maintenance, or keeping the breakfast room guest ready.
The room was so hot and would not cool off, even with the a/c on high. Bathrooms are so tiny! The place just looked OLD.
The hotel was a little dark and dingy.The breakfast room was small and got quite crowded.The only place to eat outside at night was a Dennys opposite.
Old building needs work.
Very noisy a/C. Every hour sounds like it's going to explode
(romm 225). Not too happy for almost $100.
Cheap breakfast !!!!! No keep up. Food gone by 9, hours 'til 9:30.
The air conditioner was not working when I got there and they promise it
would be working when we got back and it was late when I got back with
three small children and could not pack them up and move to a New Hotel
or I would have , horrible stay and will not refer that hotel.
When I stay there in the night electricity cut they already informed us
but for 10 minutes but it has not come back until 1.30 hour which is
not fair. Some guest was very angers and they left the hotel and
shifted to others.
Had to ask staff to reset safe.
They never fixed the broken fridge.
Internet was out one entire night, and the tech support number in the guest directory was wrong, so I wasted time contacting them. The front desk didn't even understand why the net was out or if/when it would be fixed.
Room was dirty, smelled of fungus.
Vending machine on my floor had no water.
