  The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around the corner.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great nights sleep, bed was so comfy and big plus we had a great view from the 22nd floor. It is in a great location, just walking distance to wall street station and if you turn left and cross over when leaving you end up down a beautiful little cobbled street with an outdoor cinema and restauran... cosa dice la gente » t near the dock. - We came to New York overnight by bus, and arrived at 8am. It was cold so we went to the hotel to see if we could get an early check-in and warm up. The staff was absolutely amazing and did everything they could for us--including finding a room at that early hour. The room was clean and very comfortable.

  This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not. We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian smells on the sidewalk, everything from here is as accessible as anywhere else on m... cosa dice la gente » anhattan. The metro is a 5 min walk away taking you to time square within 20mins or less. The room was large, clean and recently refurbished. The beds - I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.

  Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice.   Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants.
