Great hotel and good value for money. We stayed with 4 people in a room and it was good sized. The room was very clean and the location is quite good. We had a car and therefore could easily reach all tourist locations without any problems. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety, though the breakfast area was not very big. - Location w
... hva folk sier » as good - about 3 blocks from a major subway stop and with quick access to the Brooklyn Bridge so it was easy to get in and out of the city with our rental car. It was very safe and clean and parking was readily available - a HUGE plus in Manhattan!

God beliggenhet, store moderne rom - The staff were great, and it was convenient that they had a computer in the lobby with a printer and internet access. The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and
understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited
on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot
and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around
the corner. Would definitely stay here again. -

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great nights sleep, bed was so comfy and big plus we had a great view from the 22nd floor.
It is in a great location, just walking distance to wall street station and if you turn left and cross over when leaving you end up down a beautiful little cobbled street with an outdoor cinema and restauran

We came to New York overnight by bus, and arrived at 8am. It was cold so we went to the hotel to see if we could get an early check-in and warm up. The staff was absolutely amazing and did everything they could for us--including finding a room at that early hour. The room was clean and very comfortable.

This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from
directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not.
We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. It makes a huge
difference being on Manhattan, so as long as you can stand the Asian

I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location
was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around
town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff
was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc
were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.

Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room
was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was
cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff
couldn't be more helpful and nice. For the excellent price we also
got breakfast consisting of coffee/tea and a lovely
croissant/omelett

Besides the extremely helpful staff, I loved the wallpaper in the halls.
I also loved the view and being in the "thick of things" -
close to subway, easy walks to Little Italy, the Bowery, Financial
districts. I also liked being able to practice Mandarin chinese! Xie-

Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. Also walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved the complimentary soft drinks

what we really like is that the beds are firm because my husband has a bad back, the size of the room so we don't feel squished in like many city rooms and the closeness if the subway plus beautiful to walk along the river and sip your moring cofee
