Would definitely recommend based on our stay and will be back on our next visit.

  Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Also parking on site was a great bonus. Only 10 minute, nice walk into the centre. - The guest house was lovely and clean and the room was the same we were really pleased with it and will definately stay there next time we come to York.

Ideally located for a short and refreshing river walk into the town centre. Breakfast simple but tasty and again a walm welcome in the morning. We were three adults so the triple room was really good for us, it was clean, comfortable and quiet (we at a room at the back).
