Ferndale hotel is on its own nestled high up on a ledge surrounded by trees making it a very cosy romantic place to stay just what we wanted and the four poster room number 6 was clean and the bed was beautiful and comfortable. The owners and their close family are such wonderful people, big thanks to George the owners polite and friendly son and granny for the entertainment at breakfast and for all they do, they will go out their way to help you. I could fault nothing with regards to Ashurst Lodge, Torquay. Greeted on arrival, shown to our room. Had everything we needed for a night away.
