We really needed a short break as a family & we found Bicester hotel on your website. We drove for about 50mins from London and came to such a beautiful scenery and a serene location which looked like a resort out of England. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and wow the facility was out of this world. Having free access to all the spa facility was a huge plus for me. My best friend and I plan to go back soon.

I cannot say enough about the staff at The Heythrop Hall and the Crown Plaza. Without exception every one was so helpful, pleasant, and kind. You MUST let your staff know that they are doing a FAB job. The room we had at the Crown Plaza was really comfortable and plush. The choice of places to eat was also excellent as we didn't want to be tied to a set time to eat, so ate in the Brassey bar. Excellent and again the staff were TOPS. Will certainly be coming again and the best thing is its on

We had a very comfortable stay at the Oxfordshire. The staff were all friendly helpful and service good. The bed at the hotel was amazing so big and comfortable. The rooms are modern and cosy and were very clean! The food was very good service in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet style and was lovely really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice - pool is book and sauna and steam both relaxing. Really nice hotel with wonderful golf course and close to Bicester village.
