  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. Extremely comfortable, and clean, I used to work as a housekeeper and i can honestly say I could not fault the cleanliness, perhaps on the chro... cosa dice la gente » me in the bathroom could have done with some extra polishing, but that was minor and didn't affect our stay. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  Jamal met us at the flat - very simple check in process. Having an allocated parking spot was fabulous. A bit of a walk to use the lift, but worth it with luggage. The location was fabulous - so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Also, close to Sainsbury. The location is second to none in York. The apartment was superb, eberything a family would need.
