The staff were friendly,helpful,and totally professional.We were mother,daughter and grandaughter coming together in grandaughters university town to celebrate my daughter's 50th. We thought the suite was beautiful. The bed was so, so comfortable and the layout of the room very much to our liking. The whole suite was "quality". The breakfast was immense and kept us going until early evening. The staff we met were very polite and very attentive. The area outside our suite was very nice but the weather wasn't conducive to sitting outside. I would recommend "Mount Royale" very highly! Convenient to the city and all its attractions.

the whole experiance,the warm welcome from the staff made this the very best hotel visit ever made by us. The training of the staff and the ambience created are truly superb!!! - The number of facilities and the willingness of the staff to see to anyrequests for instance the porter brought me a video machine to play some videos I had with me.

It is very difficult to find anything specific as everything was
expected from seeing the reviews and pictures on the website, which
totally do The Coniston justice. My partner is from Yorkshire and we
visit regularly and the location was perfect. Just outside Skipton and
on the outskirts of the stunning Dales National Park. A lot of time was
spent in the beautiful lounge surrounded by the breath taking fire

category, I was treated as if I was a relative of the staff, I really
mean that. Being on my own, without overstepping the bounds of
professionalism, they went out of their way to be accommodating, It was
unfortunate that I needed a Doctor during my stay. This was arranged by
Sian with the care of a daughter. The restaurant manager of the Keep was
