Excellent appartment which was decorated to a very high standard and fitted out with everything you could possibly need including a Wii. the whole experiance,the warm welcome from the staff made this the very best hotel visit ever made by us. The staff were all friendly and helpul and nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent as was the value for money. The leisure facilities were great too - we used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room on arrival after a 5 hour journey and it was a great way to unwind. - the bar and restaurant are excellent. the leisure club is superb. the rooms

Loved the spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful staff. The pool was large, clean and very luxurious. Food was great, and breakfast and dinner arrived without a long wait, and cooked beautifully. Couldn't ask for better service. Great to know that the car was safe in the no reservation, secure car park!

The staff are amazingly friendly and really made us feel welcome. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and all round nice. It felt more like a family hotel than a chain hotel (and I mean that as a positive comment.)

( i ordered every night of my stay). just in front of the river, i had the river veiw. it was great.
