  Everything! We truly felt that we were invited guests. From the moment we arrived Barry did everything he could, and then some, to ensure we were welcome. The personal welcome note, to the fire in the library with cocktails allowed us to unwind from our travels. Dinner was excellent, and Barry is a wealth of knowledge on the Hall's history and "he... cosa dice la gente » doesn't let the truth get in the way of a good story." We were left with the feeling of wanting to linger, to savor the experience. To spend a weeken - Everything about my stay at Goldsborough Hall was what I had hoped for and beyond what I expected. The house is beautiful and set in lovely grounds which are well worth a walk around. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The staff and owners were friendly and curteous. Every moment I was there I felt welcome and also that my satisfaction was the priority. Goldsborough Hall provides the country manor stay that you think you can only dream of. I will definitely be returning.
