We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and
conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

It was a delightful surprise from start to finish. We were fortunate to book the apartment at a reasonable rate£267 for 4 . I had to write to express my sincere thanks for a wonderful stay at your hotel! Your staff are a credit to Liverpool and nothing was too much trouble, from Luke on reception who was an absolute pleasure to deal with to the Gentleman who collected my car (I missed his name I'm sorry)
My room was immaculate and the service second to none! I will definitely be recommending The Richmond and returning myself very soon.
Once again thank you to all who made my stay so pleasurable!

Buono il rapporto qualita' prezzo - Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. Only £11 for a taxi back from the Albert Dock too (consideringhow much we saved on the room rate compared to central hotels we weredelighted!) Will use same hotel again. -

Amazing to see the transformation from a terminal building into an Art Deco Hotel. Comfortable, relaxing, close to familiar ground although much has changed in 20 years!

Excellent value, Comfortable and very good facilities. We also booked the room on LetsBookHotel.com for 66 pounds with breakfast which was fantastic value. - I was particularly impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff.
