We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Fabulous breakfast choice ,excellent smoked salmon with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs for me and great kippers and poached eggs for my husband and son.Liverpudlian wit and warmth much in evidence and hides a lot of hard work and competence.Given good recommendations for restaurants locally and made to feel comfortable downstairs as well as in our ro

Manager's response to our initial reaction.We had travelled over 300 miles and just wanted a nice place to recover so we were pretty grumpy. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the decor was also very good.
Despite the village of Heswall having no water all day due to a burst pipe locally, the staff and manager did everything they could to make the stay as seamless as possible
It's a little gem of a find for me and I would highly recommend The 'Jug'

The inn provided us with everything we could possibly require and the staff were friendly and helpful, could not fault the facilities. -

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in
one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way
the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

The staff at this hotel are amazng. We had our 10 year old autistic son with us and they could not do enough for him or us. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Premier Inn realise how fantastic the staff are at this hotel especially Lynda, Jacqui and Emma (new girl). -

Excellent excellent staff. All of them. Loved the service really. I stayed here with family incl. a 5yr old child while on a short and stressful business trip to Liverpool. We were looked after very well. On top of it, excellent food and great location for a shopping day makes it a perfect location.Would love to go back -

with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Very friendly and attentive staff.
Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there.
Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus

Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!
