After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

departure . Beds comfortable and lots if plug sockets great for

This. is the cleanest guest house I have ever stayed in. The owners have gone to great lengths to ensure total customer satisfaction. The room was comfortable and modern but at the same time made the most out of the character features. Breakfast was of perfect and the owners very friendly and welcoming.

changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received,
offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning
meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could

Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere!
The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure.
Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs

Good location for my needs (family wedding). The staff were first class, but obviously work long hours and have to multi-task (I saw the duty manager(?) serving breakfast in the morning then behind the bar late at night). Facilities are on a par with other larger brands but the Wifi was free and fast unlike the others. -

Although you have to ring the bell and wait for someone to come over from the connecting pub the chap that checked us in was very friendly. Comfortable bed and complimentary drinks tray is a plus.

There was a mix up with our room booking but the manager was very good and offered other options. We ended up in a different room but got one night free. The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely go again. We had an evening meal on the first night which was very tasty (especially the pudding!). Very well placed for visiting the surrounding towns and villages.

Very peaceful area on the quieter side of Blackpool. Tram stop opposite the hotel so easy access to the busier central part of Blackpool. Speedy and hassle free check in. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

nice small friendly hotel best yet in blackpool wont look anywhere else now I have found this little gem beach very close ideal for illuminations 10 15 minute walk to central blackpool but worth it as seabreeze is away from all the noise in the center super breakfast many thanks will see you again next year STEWARD
