We received a very warm welcom on arrival at this small but beautiful hotel. The hotel room was finely decorated and warm. A particularly nice touch was a stem of red roses and heart shaped chocs that were on the bed when we entered our room - Valentines weekend. the hotel is spotless and we had a lovely breakfast, including a vegitarian option. -

The hotel staff were very obliging, friendly and helpful. Great hotel for time out and relaxation. The food in the Hotel Restaurant, The Brasserie, was awesome. From the moment we entered the foyer nothing was too much trouble for the staff. This was a surprise birthday treat for my partner, which he utterly enjoyed. All the little extras made the trip extra special, waiters bringing drinks to table, courtesy car to restaurant and very attentive waiter service whilst relaxing have our beautiful meal was all very much apprepciated. We will be back again. Thank you

All members of the staff all genuinely appeared to be happy in their roles. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

The washing machine was an added bonus. The swimming pool was free. The Hall and grounds are beautiful. This accomodation was better than 3 star. The ladies with me were given a single red rose each on arrival. This was much appreciated and reflected the excellent service throughout our stay.

being a visitor to ribbyhall from around 1996 when our family was young now as oldies we still love the place as much as ever. we hav always been in the cottages before but the motel for a couple is spot on and so relaxing , people say there is always room for improvement , but ribbyhall has always ben top notch for us. keep the standards at top level as they have always been.

The food, from breakfast to evening dinner, was fantastic. Staff were really friendly, helpful and down to earth. The hotel and surrounding area is lovely, a fine example of the Ribble Valley, and all it has to offer. Some really nice touches for the nature lovers who stay there, the "hide" near the forest (with promise of a courtesy flask and biscuits during the day and..... for a night spent watching the badgers.....A tot of whisky and a bacon butty to help you in the wee small hours!).

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We were given a lovely room with a four poster bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the breakfast which was served traditionally rather than buffet style - everythiing was fresh and hot. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, rooms upgraded and food excellent at dinner, and there is a lovely coffee shop from 10am - 5pm with a lovely selection of food. Free car parking and the beach is only a 5 or 10 minute walk away which is superb and goes for miles. Nothing is too much trouble, just ask and its done. Peaceful hotel. No hustle and bustle. Just enjoy.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and beautiful setting the resort is in and being greeted by the ducks each morning. The lodges were well equipped and spacious. The meals in the bar/restaurant were reasonably priced and excellent quality, the chocolate fudge cake is to die for. Will definately return and recomend to friend

Friendly staff gave us an automatic upgrade as the room was available. Breakfast was excellent, with the best cooked eggs I have ever had in a hotel. It was easy to control the temperature in the room and we were very comfortable. Well situated on the sea front, clean and modern, we were delighted with our choice. We will definitely return to and also recommend this hotel.
