I was delighted with the very clean and pleasantly laid out
accommodation which included an ensuite bathroom. Entrance to the lodge
was by key swipe into a cosy entrance hall with an extra key swipe door
taking you to the bedrooms. This gave both a sense of security and

I was very impressed with the friendly efficient staff. I stayed alone
and booked here as my partner was having an operation at the near by
castle hill hospital. The lady at the desk was very helpful and even had
a bus timetable for the bus to the hospital. The room was lovely and
very comfortable. I had the carvery in the evening and it was excellent.
As a lady on my own the young man was really nice and asked if I wanted
to eat in the bar or the restaurant. As the bar was quiet and I could

Exceptionally friendly staff; good arrangements for parking; easy access to bus and rail; central position on the corner of Wednesday Market in Beverley from which you can watch the world go by; very good breakfasts and evening meals, especially (and this should be emphasised) the Polish dishes available - people should not be afraid to try them.

The bedroom was a lovely large comfortable room with plenty of storage space, comfy bed and dressing gown n slippers if we wanted to use them, food was great in there comfortable dining area and staff was lovely. We will definitely be going back ourselves.

Carol, Nigel and Amy are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts are great and Burlington Quays is lovely and clean. The nearness of the beach is an added bonus (less than a few minutes walk)and everything together made for a very relaxing holiday. We hope to be back again in the near future. -

Arrived in the middle of a wake where the vicar, clearly having finished
his part of the proceedings, was able to offer more help than the
receptionist who very clearly was still being overwhelmed by his – 110
mourners, who appeared to be doing anything but mourning, instead of the

The rooms were of an excellent size, the bathroom ideal(though if you were not careful the power shower could blow you out of the room!!) and the location of the accommodation was brilliant. Total quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful to a fault and the nmanager Kevin could not do enough to make the stay perfect. Absolutely excellent.

This B&B was a wonderful surprise. Sue and Len welcomed us as if were friends so that we hardly felt we were in a B&B!
