Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

The cleanliness at Stilton Lodge was exceptional. The kitchenette was really useful. The room was very warm and it would have been handy to have a thermostat on the radiator in order to turn the heating down. Being on the road side we were unable to have the window open. Excellent sized room (my single had a double bed), great to have a discrete mini kitchen in the room (as breakfast is not offered). Two local shops for buying provisions. Three of four places to eat evening meals. Very comfortable bed. Room had wifi despite the letsbookhotel.com information saying it didn't.

The shining light was Bronwyn on reception. She called me prior to our stay to check they'd got the correct type of room from the booking. Very friendly welcome from staff, and our room was excellent. Nice sized bath, comfy and large bed and the hotel was nice and quiet noise wise, always welcomed when hoping for a decent nights sleep.

The location was 1st class - the best Premier Hotel in Peterborough. Buffett breakfast all you can eat in the Beefeater next door was excellent with good Customer Service. Golf course,a pitch and putt and a lovely country park right next door to the Hotel.Very quiet in the room we had on the 1st floor.

All the staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful which makes the stay even nicer. We always look forward to the lovely choice of breakfast, a real treat and there is no rush to eat up which a perfect start to the day. Our family bedroom was very comfortable and extremely clean, we will definitely use Premier Inns again in the future!!
