  For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. Location good for early flights from Luton airport. - Hotell was really nice and staff was very helpful and exellent. Very quality rooms. Good breakfast.

  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access to the airport by foot if you need to walk. I would definitely suggest - we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

  Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc. Have to admit that the hotel amenities are not the best but got a very spacious room w... cosa dice la gente » ith double bed (although I booked a single room), internet was decent (£10 a week), and its within walking distance from the Luton Airport Parkway sta - greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x
