  For the price paid excellent; room was modern, well furnished, tasteful, reasonably quiet, staff friendly and intelligent, standards of service were worthy of the Hilton name. Location good for early flights from Luton airport. - Hotell was really nice and staff was very helpful and exellent. Very quality rooms. Good breakfast.

  The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the check in was done quickly. The room was impeccable - clean and comfortable. It had a coffee maker and flat screen tv. Soundproof windows were very good as the planes took off or landed just a few hundred yards away. Easy access to the airport by foot if you need to walk. I would definitely suggest - we arrived at the hotel early and did not expect to be given a room until later in the day. The front desk staff (Justin) went out of their way to find us a family room. the room was very clean and had all amenities. the hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Luton terminal and there is great value for money in staying at this hotel in lieu of sleeping uncomfortable in the airport overnight. also, there could also be cost benefit in returning a hired car a day earlier and staying in the hotel

  The breakfast was fast and included in the price. - I wasn't expecting a great breakfast due to a review I read from a previous guest, however, either the hotel have improved the breakfasts dramatically since then, or the previous guest was being far too fussy.   Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x
