  We were impressed by our first view of this hotel. Much better than expected as was Lowestoft itself. Car park just over the road from the hotel entrance. Easily accessed lift just by reception and very few steps for disabled persons like myself. The strength of this hotel lies with the excellence of all members of staff we were in contact with. We also noted the efficiency and care given us by Kirsty, Charma - Brilliant Hotel, staff very polite, nothing was to much trouble, The Sunday Buffet was excellent and so was the breakfast the next morning, Room large & comfortable and warm, the bathroom was large and the shower was nice & hot and easy to work. the number of T.V. programs were excellent. the view from the enlarged bar/decking area was good, very very happy with our stay would recommend.

  Although the room was very small it was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed including hair drier, iron/board, TV and coffee making facilities. Also, the room was at the rear of the hotel and very quiet which was what I wanted! I slept well. It was cold when I arrived but a wall mounted independent heater soon warmed up the room! Warm co - Our room was lovely. We booked a 'deluxe double room with a view' on offer for £71. It had a very comfy, big bed, bath with decent overhead shower, bathroom was clean (as was whole room). The room had windows along one wall, which gave a beautiful view over the little harbour with boats and lots of pretty sky.   Everything. Very polite staff, lovely food and very clean. The room although not with a sea view was very cozy, clean and also supplied toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. At my last stay at the Hatfield I had a sea view which was excellent. - Both reception and breakfast staff were excellent - polite, helpful and attentive.
