I took my Mum for her birthday, she was taken on holiday to Llandudno as a child and wanted to return. We had the family room at the top. The room was lovely and big, and we had a proper bathroom with full length bathtub and a good strong shower above it. The beds were comfortable and the linen was good. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and they offered smoked salmon and scramb -
Bernie and Mary were lovely hosts , we were made to feel very welcome in their lovely renovated victorian home ,rooms are very clean and comfortable .Mary cooks a lovely breakfast ,and Bernie serves , nothing is too much trouble and he gives you lots of useful tips of where to eat and places to visit.Parking is on site , so is a big bonus . The main sea front and all ammenities are only a short walk away. We would not hesitate to book again and really enjoyed our stay.

Proprietors Stuart & Pat were very welcoming and full of information to get the best out of a short break including where to eat. The room was comfortable & clean & the breakfast was delicious. My husband's usual complaint is that when you have tea & coffee facilities in a room there is never enough choice or quantity of supplies

Stuart and Pat are wonderful hosts. Stuart helped to carry our luggage to our room and was offered a cup of tea or coffee when we arrived. The Chilterns is a lovely and very highly decorated guest house, one of the best we have stayed in, the breakfast was also delicious. We only stayed 2 nights and had fresh bed linen every day. We will be returning back to Chilterns in the very near future and would highly recommend it to every body, Thank you again Stuart and Pat xx

This is our second visit to Brigstock House and there is nothing not to like!! its situated on a really quiet road so no noise to disturb you and Simon the proprietor is very friendly. The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is also a three course dinner available. The rooms are spotless and well laid out, quite a few have a small separate seat

The proprietor was welcoming, helpful and professional. His staff were similarly polite and professional. The room was clean, tidy and welcoming and was thoroughly cleaned each day while I was out at conference. The cooked breakfasts were outstanding. A really nice, pleasant base for attending the Labour Party Conference at Venue Cymru. I hope to take my wife back in June for her birthday. I was able to park on the forecourt which was really helpful and saved me endless problems.

It's hard to decide when you find an absolutely splendid Guest House, whether to share it with others or keep it to yourself. This applies without reservation to The Cliffbury. It cannot be faulted and although I'm risking my chances of finding a vacancy next time I book, it's a chance worth taking if other establishments are encouraged to up their game to this standard of cleanliness, comfort, cuisine (albeit just breakfast - I'm hoping an evening meal option could be added) and politeness.

Mum & son running the hotel with great pride as reflected in the upkeep of things in the hotel. Their guide compiled by themselves is fantastic and does LLandudno proud and put tourist office to shame.. Breakfast is really good to heart's content and lives up to its claim. This is our 3rd time staying at Burleigh House and everything was fantastic yet again.Julie and Steve are fantastic hosts who take time to chat to their guests and make them feel at home. There were loads of great things about the stay, firstly Steve and Julie cannot do enough to help and make you fee welcome and comfortable. The location is great for gettiing to the orme, pier, or just the centre of time. The decorations within the house are modern and tasteful. We were in room 1, the 4 poster, which had a lovely little en-suite down some stairs. Would definately visit again.

debbie and steve were very helpful and friendly, bryn derwen was about a 5 min walk to all local attractions yet we were away from the noise of a busy town.the rooms were spotless and very comfy. -

Everything was clean and fresh, we had a lovely room, a bay window looking to the right you could see the sea. The bed was really comfy and the en-suite was a reasonable size. Steve did the breakfasts which were excellent, I wanted to take a photo but thought that would be a bit sad. Trish served it up and was so nice to speak to, they had no help

The friendly relaxed atmosphere from the owners. We were going to a nearby garden fete and the owners asked us if we wanted breakfast earlier and gave us a donation for the fete.
