The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was served at your own table. Plenty of it and freshly cooked. The public areas all had that air of a traditional old hotel.

Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. Parking was brilliant, lots of space on the street itself, very safe. Its also about a 5 minute walk from the tram ride up to the Great Orme, an amazing day out. The

We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. -
