Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

In short a first class value for money hotel - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. -

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.

The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. Branstone House has everything you need from a guest house and we would definitely return. -

while actually travelling to Llandudno in the car because of the price,
we ended up arriving late evening due to traffic on the Motorway because
