  The Adria hotel is amazing. The decor was beautiful, the room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is immaculate. Free soft drinks in the mini bar. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. You get proper service in the Adria. The continental breakfast was included in the room but I also or - Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.   Kensington is a very good part of London to stay for a short break. There are of couple of lovely restaurants in the neighborhood, but you have to take a closer look at the menu before you enter, because prices are very different and high prices do not guarantee a good meal. Restaurants we visited: Sporano's is a very good restaurant if you like Italian food besides pizza and - We benefitted from a very special deal due to refurbishment. The price was superb for the location and the room on the 7th floor was so quiet. It was ideal for exploring this end of London. The seating areas in the foyer were wonderfully relaxing, especially on a wet morning. It was so near the Metro and yet, so peaceful. Plenty of shops and cafes, nearby. Spotlessly clean, lovely bed and cosy and warm.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast.
