Cosa dice la gente
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely staying again during our next visit. The staff is super friendly and we were dealt by Craig in the evenings and Andie during the mornings at breakfast. Both of them made us feel totally at home and were extremely polite and accommodating. The breakfast was superb and there was something for everyone, as my two boys are a bit selective about what they eat. The whole place has a very unique atmosphere and doesn't feel like a hotel, rather something with . tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Welcoming friendly staff, lovely breakfast included and overall a great restaurant. The specials were at least a 4 star quality experience. Great attention to detail and presentation of the plates. All the staff were very helpful. Magda the assistant manager is a ROCK STAR. On top of everything and helpful with any request!!
Bedding was quite comfortable and the i-pod/i-phone dock was a welcome surprise!
While there was no lift...the stairs gave me my daily workout :-) and the staff was gracio.
Highly recommend. The staff was fantastic... Murray and Andy delivered great service, and with a smile. The food was excellent. We had breakfast every day there... excellent service. Also had dinner there on two evenings. We visited multiple cities on our trip and, consequently, stayed in several hotels. Hand and Flower is the one we came back talking about. Not fancy (thank goodness), but comfortable, fun, and had a great vibe. I highly recommend.
We have used this pub/location for ten years as it is other perfect
location for us. It has improved facilities many times over those years.
The current manager Craig is spot on brilliant for the role..he is
totally helpful and is completely proactive about helping and doing the
best for you when you check in.
Every thing staff magnificent, helpfull polite and smiley, food wonderfull, room just perfect iPod doc very usefull, great coffee machine, perfect venue for Olympia whatever occasion, no faults just a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay just right .
Friendly staff, food is good - particularly breakfast. Comfortable bed in a nice room - with a coffee machine! The building has lots of character & is in a good location ideal for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace.
From being welcomed by Craig to leaving, all the staff were welcoming and helpful.
the hotel location was perfect for Olympia. The room was clean, and although on the Third floor, with no lift, some visitors should be aware of this.
The rooms were very comfortable, lovely boutique style decor. Breakfast was delicious. Nice proximity to the tube and overground. Great for a weekend stay in London.
Also nice selection of wines in the pub.
staff very welcoming and friendly, from check-in to check-out. very comfortable bed, good coffee making facilities in room. Morrie (I think that was his name) helping us with our luggage up 65 steps.
Very nice and comfortable room, really comfortable bed, very friendly staff, really good breakfest that was included in price although letsbookhotel.com stated that breakfest was not included.
Very friendly & helpful staff;
rooms are clean with a Nespresso coffee machine in each;
Gorgeous linen on the beds;
Attention to detail;
Walking distance from Kensington Olympia station.
Lovely room - very spacious, beautifully decorated, lovely bedding, pillows etc. Huge bed, and huge, well-equipped bathroom. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pub downstairs, too.
A fantastic Fullers Pub, with cracking rooms. A perfect venue from which
we could visit the Great British Beer Festival at Olympia. Friendly and
helpful staff. Really nice breakfast.
Great hotel, very friendly staff. Great atmosphere and nice style to the hotel & pub. Craig couldn't do enough for us! Totally recommend. Yet another great fullers!.
Really friendly Staff, made us feel very welcome, super breakfast, one of the best selections I have seen, the eggs benedict were great. Super location for Olympia.
Warm welcome. Staff helpful. Large, very well equipped and comfy room for price in London, excellent value.
Good breakfast.
Very handy Olympia and Earls Court.
Lovely accommodation, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast and good location! Much better than any London chain I have stayed with. Highly recommended!.
A wonderful find, full of character and charm. Helpful, efficient staff and the best cooked breakfast in London. I will certainly be staying here again.
I thought the staff, were very helpful and always had a smile. The food was excellent absolutely top notch. The pork belly was a must.
Location for Olympia is superb. Very spacious suite, good working space
with kitchenette. Range of beers and food is v good.
Really friendly staff, nice room, good food at a reasonable price, and they were very accommodating of our 3 young children.
It's location next to Olympia is fantastic.
The warm welcome.
The breakfast!
The Nespresso machine in the room!.
Bed extremely comfortable. Room lovely and clean.
Breakfast delicious.
Good Value for Money
Handy location.
Informal friendly atmosphere, tasteful decor, excellent breakfast, fantastic location - opposite olympia.
Very friendly, nice pub Idea if you are going to the Royal Albert Hall No 10 Bus drops you right outside!.
The quirky decor, the food, the real ales, the comfortable bed, the location, the posh coffee machine.
Staff and manager excellent, room well proportioned and equipped, and large spotlessly clean bathroom.
A really spacious room which was very comfortable and had everything the guest requires.
Lovely room, great pub with excellent food. Good location and close to
tube station.
The staff were very friendly and helpful,an excellent English breakfast was served.
Lovely stay, delicious breakfast and a perfect location for visiting Olympia :).
It was a great location and great food. Value for money wa second to none.
Location was excellent for Olympia. And the staff were all great.
The location was perfect for me and the food was pretty nice.
The bed.
Breakfast.
Cleanliness.
Coffee machine in room.
Excellent rooms
Pub has good beer choice and food.
Very convenient for doing a show at Olympia.
everything, staff very nice, room excellent.
lovely room, good location, nice staff.
great location, nice food, nice rooms.
Great sized room and well appointed.
Character of old building. Unique.
Room was nice, staff friendly.
beautiful room, helpful staff.
Food was brilliant.
As we were there in peak summer the rooms got a little warm. However there is a fan in room that made it easier.
No lift or AC.
Transportation typically involved taking a bus to a tube station... because Kensington Olympia Station didn't have convenient connections. However, this was no big deal at all.
All of the improvements and qualities of the current management come at
a price, and Fullers (pub owners) have increased the prices quite
considerably over the last few years.
Nothing not to like perfect.
Traffic was quite noisy at night and a draught from the window in our room was a bit annoying but the substantial blind helped.
When l got to my room I was told that the heater had just fallen off the wall, and that's where it stayed during my 3 day stay. It made the room a bit chilly as l couldn't use it.
The menu was a little restricted, not quite the online version.
We ate in the pub the day before and the food was not great.
Shower screen door would not stay in place. wine fridge not working.
No mirror in the bedroom. How is a woman supposed to do anything with a hairdryer/straightener/tongs etc? Obviously designed by a man with little hair!!.
No where to hang clothes up but didn't spoil our stay,we managed!.
Our room was on the very top floor, so lots of stairs to climb. It was also very hot, no aircon. There was a green light in the ceiling that we couldn't turn off and was a bit distracting when trying to sleep. Having said that, was a lovely room with good facilities, spotlessly clean, and lovely staff.
Being very close to the railway and main road it is noisy at the front of the hotel. Lot of stairs to upper bedrooms and no lift.
No mirror in room, only a minor detail.
I thought the landings on the way to the rooms looked a little grubby. That's my only gripe.
Pub gets v busy when a trade show kicks out, get there early.
Nothing. It's the perfect stay for Olympia.
nothing !.
62 steps to our room!.
Nothing, everything was perfect!.
The 10 o'clock check out.
The room was incredibly and uncomfortably hot! Even the fan provided
did not help to cool it down and it was a fairly cool day in London! Tv
did not work. Shower was tricky to operate. We were in the
'Feather' room.
A bit noisy due to it's location on a busy.
Checking in at a busy bar.
You have to be fit for all the stairs!.
I was in a 'luxury twin' - I had to ask for milk to make a
coffee with my luxury coffee machine and there was no hairdryer.
4th floor room without any warnings for older guests.
A random selection of shower heads in bathroom most of which didn't work.
Traffic noise is a problem when trying to sleep but London is a lot noisier than where I live.
Single beds in a twin room were rather narrow.
No desk or work space in the room.
Bit noisy - Its a busy pub. No mirror in the bedroom so I couldn't see what I was doing when drying my hair.
underground close by so a little noisy but not bad.
Traffic and train noise.
Staircase has a strange odour and the cover to the fan had been removed.
Hallway smelt like dog and the carpets leading up to the room had muddy footprints going into the private quarters of the hotel. The room we stayed in had a "kitchenette" but had no glasses, plates cutlery etc.
Room was hot and stuffy.
