The hotel was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum (just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful and the hotel was very clean. The room also was clean and modern but it was a bit small. Our double bed was butted up to the wall. It was certainly cosy!   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by.
