  We especially liked being greeted by the concierge. Booking in and out was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean with plenty tea and coffee in the room. The full English breakfast was well cooked and piping hot. Of course you could choose want you want.The evening meals in Rowley's are really recommended. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and relaxing. It's the second time I've stayed there and I'm sure there'll be many more times as well. This time I spent a little longer in the hotel and used the bar, great to be able to look out over the football pitch.

  super staff excellent servics at front desk and during b/fast in the restaurant and house keeping also ...........outstanding experience. being working in hotel industry (FandB) from last 18 years in Best leading hotels in the world, i felt Big Blue hotel's service was the Best of the Best. will definitely be back and recommend to my all coulleague... cosa dice la gente » s, friends.all the best to all the staff memebers - The rooms were of a great size and the kids section of the room with their own tv's and dvd though the main tv was great.The big bed was lovely and comfortable and my son was a bit dissapointed when i told him he wasnt going to be sharing it!The bathroom was really smart and the power shower was great too !The rooms were really clean and of good quality,The breakfast was to die for !!
