Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. -

I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and
located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay.
So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of
personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests
themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not
to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the
wherever hotel they are staying. Besides the quiet surroundings, it is a

For the price (just over 100 GBP on Bookings.com) it can't be beat. A mere 2 blocks from Kennsington Gardens, quiet, clean. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster
underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

la gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia, la comodità a due passi dalla metro e in una zona tranquilla! - accoglienza ottima, sono stati tutti gentili e disponibili! la camera e il bagno erano puliti e gradevoli (le pulizie sono state fatte regolarmente ogni giorno, asciugamani cambiati ecc..). la strada tranquilla e silenziosa. la posizione è davvero
