The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again. - The welcome we received on our arrival and the comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel and room. Bedroom had all mod cons and breakfast was excellent.

Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton
