Le camere ampie - The location was perfect, the staff were more than helpful, the buffet breakfast provided was all you could want and was of a good standard. A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week

Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with. We would definitely recommend their B&B

Amazing!!! What more can I say. Darren thank you so much for the wonderful stay we had with you for my partners birthday. Both myself and my partner have allergies to cows milk but darren went above and beyond to ensure my partner had soya milk at breakfast and I had lacto free milk. A big thank you to Darren and the staff at The Moreland for a lovely and thoroughly relaxing weekend. Our room was cosy and modern, and we took far too much advantage of the complimentary chocolates (back to the gym today!). We loved the huge DVD collection, which was a thoughtful touch especially useful on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The breakfast was divine, far nicer than your average ‘continental’ offering and very filling. Darren was a great host, patiently telling us about all the must do

The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Bed was real comfortable (i had the top bunk). I only stayed for a night but it was a pleasant experience!!
