  Very friendly welcome- a refreshing tea or coffee offered with biscuits. Time spent explaining location and recommending favourite restaurants. Free parking for the whole duration of our visit even after check out. Beds so comfortable and bed linen soft and high quality. I will definitely return - First class boutique hotel with welcoming and hospitable hosts Nick and Doug. Exceptionally clean and decorated to a very high standard. Comfortable beds with top quality sheets and pillows. Conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Free parking on site. Excellent breakfast. Fully deserving of its 10 score and will definitely be back next time in Cheltenham.
