its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors. It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times. The food was reasonably priced and very good, and the rooms were modern and quiet. I would certainly stay again. - The room was lovely and comfortabl

Cleanliness, spaciousness, especially breakfast room. Staff friendly and efficient.Breakfast provision good. Good bed/towels/nearby restaurants at cinema complex. - As it is brand new - the hotel looked fantastic and everything was cleanand comfortable

The owners were very accomodating and friendly, the apartment was spacious and clean with wooden flooring and leather sofa. The kitchen was fully equipped and manuals were at hand in case of a problem. The entertainment system was top of the range with huge flat screen tv, dvd player, cable and free wifi internet access. - Checked in around 10.30 a

The accomodation was excellent I have stayed with them twice in the space of a month both visits I had different types of rooms one was a small studio flat & other was a luxury apartment both had great facilities plus the system they use for gaining enter to the buildings is by key codes so its very secure & a unique way of checking in wit

I was placed in the Portland Street hotel which was conveniently positioned in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was all I required - ensuite, comfy bed, tea, proper mug, biscuits (big plus!), and TV. Was also allowed to take my cycle into bedroom for my own piece of mind.

Enjoyed it very much indeed. The views are super of course. Walking up Cleeve Hill behind the hotel is wonderful, especially in the sunshine, which we had. Upon arriving at this hotel it was brought to our attention that there
was no cot beds (which we had booked) left for our room. In the next
breath the lady on reception said that she had organised for a cot bed
to be collected from an other premier in and it would be In our room as

Staff were lovely at the reception. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.

For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. -

3 Star Accommodation at it's very best in a great location.
Free parking just outside and a very easy walk to eating places, shops and a multiplex cinema.

The rooms were immaculately and had obviously been created with much love and attention. So much more than the bland b -
interesting house full of quirky antiques with a cosy feel, such as great quality bed linen. Fantastic couple, who make you feel that nothing is too much trouble for them, looking up information on the internet in response to our questions about Cheltenham. Also I agree with other comments that the poached eggs on toast for breakfast are delicious. Only a short 7 min walk to 'The Brewery' shopping centre and town centre so very accessible.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The flats are conveniently located for easy walking to the centre of Cheltenham and to the train station. I will certainly recommend the Bliss Montpellier to friends and family. -

The team at the hotel could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Great location just a two minute walk from Montpellier which is a lovely area for a sunny evening. Rooms were clean and ours was a good size.
