The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was light, airy and very spacious. The staff were very friendly. There was a excellent choice for breakfast, and the leisure facilities were great. The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel. Staff was helpful. The day we were to check in, my dad had a head cold. They let us check in a few hours early so he could sleep. - The very friendly and helpful staff who were prepared to go the extra mile. The proximity to town centre - within walking distance.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere.
The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy.
We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible.
The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months.
We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.
