Excellent location - as it is only a short 10 minutes walk into Bournemouth. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the fitness and spa facilities are fantastic. I made use of the fitness room, swimming pool, poolside jacuzzi, steam room and sauna on each of the days my partner and I stayed at the Meyrick Park Lodge.
I would definitely recommend this hotel with its brilliant facilities to my family and friends.

Just like being at home, fabulous, the staff were very helpful with a relaxed but professional attitude.The breakfast was outstanding, more than we would have wished for..lovely fresh blueberries, strawberries and pineapple prepared with care. I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available
family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not
something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set
up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size
double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from
children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and
comfy for a family break.

You get what you pay for at the boscombe reef
Super friendly staff very helpful and willing to help. It's clean and breakfast was simple and easy to make. The bed my son and I slept in was comfortable and the rooms were warm. It's in a good location for the beach and resturants. Plenty of parking just down the road if you can't get a space outside

... cosa dice la gente » eturn next year once the dates for the conference are announced. - The easy access to Bournemouth Town Centre, Shops and Buses, however the Parking was very limited at the hotel, but the proprietor had a well organised system for this problem. and there could be a problem for people with walking disabilities, as there was a steep hill to climb whichever nway you went. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

I did like the price. The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk
anywherr from the beach to oceanarium or bournemouth baloon within 5-10
mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the
essencial bits and bobs that u have forgoten to take for your holiday,
or pop in to subway for a quick sub. Thats all about location from me

Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily.
Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.

The hosts, Debbie and Peter, were really lovely and made us feel very
welcome. The breakfast was delicious and a good price. I wish we
could've stayed longer as it was a really lovely room with a huge
bed and sitting area in the bedroom. There's also a communal area
downstairs which is very homely.
The beach is only a short walk from the B&B and we walked to Bournemouth beach in the evening which took around 30 minutes.

I read other reviews after booking online and I thought I shouldn't have booked, but when we arrived I found it a nice budget hotel. Services are basic but not bad for that price. We were a family of 5 and we were given room 27 in the basement which was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean. The weather wasn't too hot so we didn't have a problem

After seeing many bad reviews, I took a risk, paying only £30 for a double room for one night. It payed off, check in took 3 mins maximum, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and just what I needed after a night out in Bournemouth. Perfect hotel if you're socially visiting bournemouth's nightlife, or if you fancy a last minute stay. Like I said, I took a risk, and it payed off. I would defiantly stay here again.
