  We stayed one Sunday night in the hotel in late August, to avoid having to drive on the bank holiday Monday to Butlins where we were having a longer break. We checked in with the most welcoming, helpful and informative receptionist I've ever encountered in a hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required . we had breakfast in the lounge area of the hotel .
