  We stayed one Sunday night in the hotel in late August, to avoid having to drive on the bank holiday Monday to Butlins where we were having a longer break. We checked in with the most welcoming, helpful and informative receptionist I've ever encountered in a hotel. Such a pleasant arrival - he gave my daughter colouring in pages and some crayons,... what people say » remembered her name, and told us about an event in the local town that evening in case we wanted to go, plus booked us a table in the restaurant appe - Avery walm welcome registering at the hotel . The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the facilities we required . we had breakfast in the lounge area of the hotel . Everything was fresh , very good service and food and choice offered
