They gave us a few ideas as to what we could do whilst we were there and gave us a couple of tips such as buying tickets from the tourist info kiosk which saved us a lot of money. The service w - At the last minute we were able to get a short break away so decided on Blackpool and the lights. The hotel is ideally situated to catch the tram into town or for a nice stroll. We could not wait until 9am for breakfast so were offered food to have in the room for breakfast - cereal and fresh fruit and a flask of milk. The room was clean and tidy, hosts welcoming and answered any queries.

  From the second we arrived the service was exceptional. After a warm welcome and up to date info on everything from eating out to entertainment Ricky directed us to our room which was fantastic. When going to Blackpool a stay in this guest house is a must cannot praise Ricky & Kath enough and of course the old coac - Rick and Kath are delightful hosts. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.
