I loved the lighting and the set up of the rooms vey clean and
welcoming. I love the walk in shower and bathroom set up. The bed was
really comfortable and I slept like a baby. The breadkfast was really
enjoyable and staff was very welcoming and helpful. I was happy that the

Very comfortable and quiet, but everything seems tied down as if it is a
venue for stag and hen parties, so there is a shortage of essentials
like shower caps/etc and poor offerings of Teas and coffees in the
bedroom. No minibar. Lack of luxury in the bar area and at breakfast and
all drinks served were lukewarm. Suitable for business and a one night
stay but would have been disappointed if on holiday. Not as clean as it
could be, in this bracket the bathrooms and floors should be immaculate.

Room was immaculate, obviously new build and sparkling. Bed was huge and there was still plenty of room to move about. Shower was nice, clean and well functioning.
Breakfast provided catered to all tastes and was fantastic.
Evening menu was also good.
Late bar meant no need to go out the hotel and get cold while still being able to be comfortable

It was so nice to be back at this wonderful hotel. I finally stayed in a
room similar to the first time I stayed here. I've stayed many
times, the design is quirky which aids the soundproofing. I've
recently stayed in other local holiday inn express's and being back
here was a dream! Instantly felt comfortable. The staff were much more
pleasant too and even held a door open for me as I was carrying a lot of
items for work.

Check in is electronic, and the staff not only helped us do the computer
work, but also allowed us to drop our bags early, and tagged them so
they couldn't be taken by anyone but us. Breakfast was free for our
kids since we had paid for ours. It was fresh and appetizing, constantly
refreshed by the kitchen. It was plentiful (eat all you want) and

and a twin cot set up, but it was close to everything and had all modern

This hotel is right in the centre of Birmingham so location is great. The staff were very helpful with giving tips for best overnight parking. Check in was very easy and quick. The room was a decent size and very clean, a typical Premier Inn room. The bed was very comfortable (firm, which we like) and we had a peaceful nights sleep, in fact we didn't hear anything at all. Shower was really hot and powerful. Definitely stay again.

Booked at short notice, based on reviews on this site. Just returned home. Having stayed we can say that the reviews were spot-on! We had a twin room on the 3rd floor, it was very spacious, the beds were
comfortable with a choice of pillows which was a nice touch. The towels
were a good size and quality and the soap/shampoo(etc) dispensers in
the bathroom were again a brilliant touch. The coffee machine in the
lobby was brilliant and gave nice strong hot coffee. The staff were also
cheerful and helpful. The hotel is well situated for shopping in
birmingham whilst getting away from the main hussle of the city, the

A good hotel in ideal location to Birmingham New Street station.
After my very disturbed first night I went to the Reception desk next morning and asked if I could be given another Room where I was likely to be able to get a good nights sleep. The receptionist was very pleasant & most helpful.
She kindly arranged for my Room to be switched to No.310. This proved a huge improvement and I slept soundly all through Saturday night. I was very grateful.

staff extremely friendly and helpful we had a 5 month old baby with us. we had forgotten to bring washing up liquid with us to clean babies bottles, I asked if it was possible to get some and before we had reached our room a member of staff was behind us with a glass of washing up liquid. great service -
