Lovely location with great sea views. Short walk into Southend itself or longer sea front walk to the very pretty Leigh on Sea. Lots of old pubs with great character here and the old famous "cockle sheds" for fresh sea food. Friendly helpful and informative staff. Very Good value for money. Close to the mall which has everything from Costa coffee to M&S. Restaurants close by. Easy to walk with my 4 year old son. Very close to the water and there is a lovely park across the road. Central heating so we were warm all night. We stayed in December. -

The cleanest and neatest place I have ever stayed in! It was lovely! The single room I had was cosy with lovely white covers. The bathroom was modern and spotless. I would recommend this place to everyone. I noticed the other larger rooms were very well appointed. Breakfast was lovely. The whole place was faultless! -

The room was simple with nothing fancy which is all I was looking for anyway, but it was brilliantly clean and tidy. Good shower, good bath, wifi, TV, comfy bed and a tiny kitchen area for a quick cook up if you really are on a budget. Friendly, welcoming staff. -

Letting us in an hour early owing to heavy rain. Fantastic location parking easy. Great English breakfast room facilities 10 out of 10 lovely comfortable bed. Tea coffee making facilities and biscuits too we couldn't have asked for more. TV & internet all provided .Owner's staff so friendly and welcoming we totally loved it. Worth every £ you won't beat it book it!

... cosa dice la gente » stay somewhere so clean, tidy, friendly and comfortable. The owners made my stay even better by offering an alternate to my breakfast plan as i had to leave early, and i would recommend this to anyone and i will be returning some time soon :)
