I found staff to be extremely pleasant, rooms were very clean in fact
the whole building was spotless. I would also like to mention the
Manager of the restaurant Stawberry Fields, he was very professional and
extremely well organised, Especially as it was quite busy all staff were

Lovely location with great sea views. Short walk into Southend itself or longer sea front walk to the very pretty Leigh on Sea. Lots of old pubs with great character here and the old famous "cockle sheds" for fresh sea food. Friendly helpful and informative staff. The cleanest and neatest place I have ever stayed in! It was lovely! The single room I had was cosy with lovely white covers. The bathroom was modern and spotless. I would recommend this place to everyone. I noticed the other larger rooms were very well appointed. Breakfast was lovely. The whole place was faultless! -

Letting us in an hour early owing to heavy rain. Fantastic location parking easy. Great English breakfast room facilities 10 out of 10 lovely comfortable bed. Tea coffee making facilities and biscuits too we couldn't have asked for more. TV & internet all provided .Owner's staff so friendly and welcoming we totally loved it. Worth every £ you won't beat it book it!
