  Central position, between shopping area and main historical attractions. Staff were exremely helpful with advice about how to get about and setting up transfers to and from the city's 2 airports. Room had all the features needed. Breakfast was very good - especially the excellent coffee. - Nice hotel with good location if you want to do some sigh... cosa dice la gente » tseeing (really walking dostance from major sightseeing places). Staff really friendly and you feel like home every time you meet them. There's computer with internet connection you can use - which is not so popular in Thailand.

I told them in future all Australian people training for the hospitality industry should be sent to Thailand as part of their study. Staff are so good they felt like family, their happy smiles and their genuine wish to give amazing service will keep us going back to Thailand again and again. The Grande Ville feels like a second home thanks to all the staff. - Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Restaurants. Pretty good location with Chinatown just round the corner.
