  Central position, between shopping area and main historical attractions. Staff were exremely helpful with advice about how to get about and setting up transfers to and from the city's 2 airports. Room had all the features needed. Staff really friendly and you feel like home every time you meet them. There's computer with internet connection you can use - which is not so popular in Thailand.

  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. Affiliated restaurants perhaps a bit overpriced but still great dining there if you do not wish to leave the hotel area. - Really good... cosa dice la gente » value for money. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

  Good location, there are plenty of eating options nearby. There is a river boat stop closeby, so it is easy to get around in the city. The hotel has daily room service, and complimentary two bottles of water are provided daily. My little daughter and I arrived at 10 a.m, exhausted of our 24hour trip, and we were given a room right away, despite of the f - The rooms were clean and comfortable, you could request that they be cleaned each day. Free drinking water every time the room was cleaned. Personal safe in each room. There were always staff cleaning the corridors. Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were very busy but were always helpful and polite to us. Very efficient. The rooftop pool was a relaxing and attractive oasis in the noise and chaos of Khaosan. The location was in a charming side-street with plenty of stalls, street food

The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

I told them in future all Australian people training for the hospitality industry should be sent to Thailand as part of their study. Staff are so good they felt like family, their happy smiles and their genuine wish to give amazing service will keep us going back to Thailand again and again. The Grande Ville feels like a second home thanks to all the staff. - Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Restaurants. Pretty good location with Chinatown just round the corner.
