Troy is a "Guest House", not a "Hotel". But you get almost the same service and quality as a 5 star hotel. In fact you pay less than most of the other guest houses but you get extremely clean rooms, it gets cleaned throughly every day, you get free bottles of water, in room amenities, kettle, free coffee and tea in the room. Troy Guest House captured my attention with a Great Promotion they have.And i had a net conversation of one of them to ask some queries regarding about the island hopping/tours,& airport pick up,so Alex assist & advice us well & give some info where we can spend lesser in terms of airport transpo. This hotel was everything we needed. It was very cheap and we did not expect it to be so perfect for what we were looking for. Booked one night and ended up staying for 5 nights. The staff were awesome!!! Bai and Sagar helped me out loads. Couldn't wish for better staff. Top Class.
The fitness room and pool/hot tub was the reason I went. It didn't disappoint. Only small, but for the price cant complain.
I stayed in the dorm. Think I had the best nights sleep there and I have been away for 4 months. So good beds!!

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
