  The staff in this hotel are amazing! Probably one of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in, extremely helpful with any requests you have and arranged tours/tickets for the cheapest price around.   The location was great for us, away from the very busy resort but only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Bit scruffy but much more real Thai than Patong beach. Was great to have the swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were nice and very helpful - Everything - loved this place. Would return without a doubt.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....
